Candle Sticks

Miniature Candlestick 3" long. Leo Staumbaugh tells me "The miniature stick was one that was made by a former miner in Idaho Springs for special occasions, mainly the Sowbelly Dinner each year which celebrated the first meal in the area by the George Jackson group who found the first gold in Colorado at Chicago Creek where Idaho Springs is today. He was active from 1910 til the second World War. My old friends there knew him well."
